- Returns will be accepted within 15 days from the date of the purchase towards exchanges or store credits.
- Items must be returned in their original condition. Tags & original packaging must be intact.
- All sale merchandise is final sale and can not be returned or refunded.
- Gift cards are not returnable or refundable.
- We are not responsible if any returned item is lost or damaged due to USPS. Customer is responsible to insure any items returned. We recommend to insure any item above $75.
Once your returned item is received & inspected, you will receive a notification via e mail which will inform you of next step.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed & your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 - 3 days.
